Pricing, Payment & Privacy Policy
Pricing Policy
Scope-Based Pricing
Rates are determined by the specific scope of work required for each job. After assessing the needs of the space, a fair and competitive rate is provided. Additional discounts are not available beyond standard rates.
Good Faith Estimates
All prices provided over the phone, via text, or online are considered good faith estimates and are based on the assumption that the home is in light to moderate disarray (e.g., general dust, surface buildup, light clutter).
If the home is found to be in significantly worse condition upon arrival—such as excessive debris, grime, clutter, or sanitation issues—the price may be adjusted with client approval before beginning.
All adjustments will be reasonable and clearly explained based on the additional time and effort required.
If the revised price is not accepted, the booking will be canceled on-site, and no work will be performed.
Jobs that cannot be completed to a high standard may be declined to preserve service quality.
Adjustments for Reduced Scope
If clients choose to reduce the scope of work prior to the job beginning, the price will be revised fairly to reflect the updated workload.
Flexible Payment Options
Payment plans are available via Affirm and Afterpay, processed securely through Stripe, to help clients manage costs while maintaining access to professional cleaning services.
Payment and Booking Policy
Securing Bookings
All bookings require a valid credit or debit card to confirm the appointment.
Payment Terms
Payments are due immediately after the job is complete, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Credit or debit card payments must be made promptly upon receipt of an invoice.
Delayed payments may incur late fees and may impact eligibility for future bookings.
Payment Processing
Cards are charged after service completion and confirmation of satisfaction. If a walkthrough is declined but work is completed, full payment is still required.
No “Cash, No Tax” Practices
All services are subject to applicable taxes. Under-the-table or untaxed payments are not accepted.
Satisfaction Policy & Inspection
Inspection Before Payment
Clients are expected to inspect the work before the cleaner(s) leave. If there are concerns, they must be communicated on-site, and the cleaner will address the issue immediately.
Clients must allow the cleaner the opportunity to correct any issues before leaving.
Declining correction forfeits eligibility for any discount, and full payment will still be due.
Discount Eligibility
Discounts will only be offered if:
The issue cannot be resolved on-site.
The cleaner acted unprofessionally or made the client uncomfortable.
There is documented damage caused by the cleaner, reported within 24 hours.
Refund Policy
24-Hour Issue Reporting
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of job completion. Refunds are considered only when:
The issue is reported within the required time frame.
The cleaner was allowed to return and was unable to correct the issue.
A supervisor or manager has reviewed and approved the refund.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Fees
$50 for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
$100 for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
These fees are final unless the service provider cancels the job.
Client-Initiated Cancellations During Service
If service is canceled during or upon arrival due to client actions (e.g., no-show, denying access, inappropriate behavior), the following may apply:
A cancellation fee or partial charge based on work already completed.
If the job is started and then stopped prematurely, payment for completed work will be due.
Agreement on Payment & Public Reviews
Final Payment Terms
Once the job is complete and the client signs off—or declines a walkthrough—payment is considered final. Chargebacks, disputes, or withholding payment without valid cause may be considered a breach of agreement.
Review Policy
Clients are encouraged to address concerns directly with the company first. False or defamatory reviews, particularly when made publicly, may result in legal action under applicable defamation laws.
Legal Notice
By booking and receiving service, clients agree to these terms as part of a binding agreement.
